Activities on the campsite

Over the entire opening period of our campsite on the Arcachon Bay, we offer you a range of activities and entertainment. From April to September, you will enjoy the Home Ball with your family, around a game of pétanque or in the swimming pool (open from May to September). In July and August, we organize theme evenings on certain weekday evenings. Fun, conviviality and sharing will be the key words of your stay at Camping Les Arbousiers!

Activities for the whole family

The region has no shortage of activities to do with the whole family. Our campsite in Andernos-les-Bains is very close to the Aéro-Club d'Andernos, a unique opportunity to take a first flight and discover the region from the sky. Our partner Vélocation offers bicycle rental, you can take part of the 100 kilometers of cycle paths in the region. For new experiences, we advise you to go to the Taouley which offers walks and initiations to paddle. Do not miss an activity full of sensations at Aqualand or at the Parc de la Coccinelle. For moments in the heart of nature, prefer the tree climbing courses of Escalad'Parc. And finally, to taste the specialties of the region, go to the surrounding markets: Tuesday mornings in Arès, Friday mornings in Andernos and every summer morning in Cap-Ferret.

Arcachon Bay

For walks between land and sea, we give you an appointment on the Bassin d'Arcachon. Do not miss an oyster tasting in the oyster ports of the region. Take a cruise to discover the famous Cabanes Tchanquées on Île aux Oiseaux. Explore the town of Arcachon and discover the rich history of its districts. Head towards Cap-Ferret and go to the end to visit La Pointe and its lighthouse. The essential of the Bassin d'Arcachon remains the Dune du Pilat which will impress you with its dimensions. From the Dune du Pilat, you will have a superb view of the Bancs d'Arguin.

The Sleeping Beauty, Bordeaux

A 50-minute drive separates you from Bordeaux, the city known as the Sleeping Beauty. In Bordeaux, activities to do with the family, visits for oenology enthusiasts, must-see monuments and many others will be on the program. We advise you to pass by the Cité du Vin, to take a tour of the Darwin ecosystem, to visit the Musée Mer Marine and the Musée d'Aquitaine, to admire the Place de la Bourse and the Miroir d'eau, but also to roam the Saint-Pierre and Saint-Michel districts, without forgetting the Place des Quinconces.

Andernos les Bains

Andernos is a charming village in the Bassin d’Arcachon. It will charm you with its large pier, its oyster port, its natural spaces, its fine sandy beaches and its lively town centre. You will enjoy strolling on the longest pier in France, 232 meters long, strolling on the oyster port between the colorful huts, but also taking beautiful walks in the heart of nature on the Domaine Saint-Brice-Les-Quinconces- Le-Coulin.
